Rebekah Roberts (Personal Trainer)

Rebekah is skilled in creating fitness programs for strength and cardiovascular training, based on the specific goals and health needs of each client. Her passion is to motivate and encourage clients at every level of fitness to achieve personal training goals, which enhances living life to the fullest.

Bob Martin (Master Trainer)

With over 47 years of experience, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge to Provena. He is a lifetime bodybuilder and fitness club owner who specializes in fitness programs like strength training, cardiovascular training, weight management, rehabilitation, nutrition, and senior fitness.

Dave Goodin (Master Trainer)

With 20 years of experience, Dave has been training since enlisting in the US Army's elite Airborne Infantry Division. After leaving the Army, Dave graduated from Northern Illinois University (NIU) with a B.S. Degree in Exercise Physiology in 1990. Over the past 16 years, he has been active in training, as well as the sale and management of commercial exercise equipment. Dave decided to train full-time with Provena after working with a local speed-based company. His specialties include athletic-type speed and strength training, flexibility, and weight loss programs.

Tony Mikalauskas (Personal Trainer)

A certified personal trainer, Tony has over 10 years of fitness industry experience. His varied areas of specialization include prenatal fitness and weight management. Tony uses cross training and interval training to provide client motivation during workouts.

Eric Stiller (Personal Trainer)

Eric has been training for 5 years. Form and intensity drive Eric's clients through a process of detailed analysis and comprehensive knowledge of the exercise continuum. Eric's passion is shown through his clients continued progression to an enhanced standard of exercise health and wellness.

Danny Taylor (Master Trainer)

Danny has been directly involved with the fitness profession for nearly 15 years. Danny specializes in personalized and group instruction. Danny has run several successful fitness style boot camps and continues his dedication to exercise by running a weekly group instructed class in addition to his personal training.
